Sandberg TM4

This is not a Superlight, however it weighs in at a gig-friendly 3.58kg, or 7lb 14 oz - this is my preferred gigging bass, it's really comfortable to play and sounds great. It has a Delano Jazz Bass style pickup at the neck and a Delano Musicman style humbucker pickup in the bridge position. It can be played active or passive and the Musicman pickup can be switched to single coil to provide a huge range of tones. In active mode controls are volume, pickup mix, bass boost and cut, and treble boost and cut. In passive mode the treble control acts as a passive tone control.

The 'C' for California is missing on the headstock - it was like that when I bought this bass second hand. I contacted Sandberg and they sent me a replacement new decal, I just haven't got around to replacing it yet!
